Brad Barnes has been a guitarist and guitar instructor in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for decades, though he’s in his 30′s! Brad started college as a music major at the ripe old age 16. Brad transferred to the prestigious University of North Texas as a music major focusing on classical composition as well as jazz guitar. He’s played all over the US and the Carribean and has taught many successful students including 2 time Emmy winner Josh Goode. Brad has a long awaited and HUGE (nearly 20 hour) VIDEO GUITAR TEACHING SERIES complete with animated graphics due out later this year.

Brad plays many different styles from jazz, particularly Latin jazz, as well as blues, funk, R&B, and of course rock with his teenage years obsessed with shredders such as Yngwie Malmsteen and Paul Gilbert.
